教学目标：
知识目标：掌握形容词比较级能够熟练运用。
能力目标：通过听力练习，谈论朋友的品质，学会做比较。描述人的区别等方面。
情感目标：引导学生树立正确的交友观，培养学生丰富情感。
教学重难点：比较级的熟练准确运用及定语从句的初步认识。
教学方法：情景交际法、归纳法、演绎法和计算机动画法等。
教学媒体：多媒体、黑板 、录音机
学情分析：这是一节需要充分利用比较级表达思想描述不同的参与性很强的课程，所以学生的知识储备和课前思考非常重要，所以学生需做好对于Section A 的复习并准备描述人们之间不同的句子：
1、 学生需扎实掌握本单元重点使用的形容词和他们的比较级。
2、 思考人们之间有哪些不同，并尝试去描述。
教学步骤：
Step I: Introduction and enjoy a funny video. Warming-up.
1) Greetings.
2) Leading-in and play the video.
播放卡通录像，让学生轻松自然表述滑稽录像中看到的可爱的动物间的区别，口语表达导入，难度低，学生易产生参与热情。并复习关于比较级的典型重要句式The cat is ____ than the mouse.
Step II Review some adj words and comparative forms

此环节一是对形容词比较级变化的一个巩固复习，同时也是将本节课需要用到的主要形容词做一训练，以便学生可以更好的表达运用。

此环节充分练习口头比较。从大家喜爱的明星和新老师入手，然后过渡到大家更熟悉的同学。学生有发言权并很有兴致去描述。
Step IV
（对本单元三个部分的处理，用了三种不同的方式，SECTION A 采用汉译英方式，这种降低了难度的对听力材料的处理，可使学生减少上课压力，容易调动他们的积极性；SECTION B的三篇评论采用小组讨论的形式进行，学生看着题目，回忆文章内容，一个词、一个短语、一个句子都行，老师引导学生用定语从句表述、这是学生探究问题的过程；READING部分采用填空方式，让学生回忆三个学生的饮食习惯，并对他们是否拥有健康的饮食习惯进行讨论，阐述自己的健康饮食新观念，教师引导学生拥有健康的饮食习惯）
4. Finding rules 1:

3) Carmen likes musicians who play different kinds of music .
4) Tony thinks people who eat a balanced diet should be healthier than those who only eat biscuits and hamburgers.
当定语从句的先行词为___时，用关系代词____________ ; 当定语从句的先行词为___时，用关系代词____________。
Finding rules 2:
1) This is the music _____________ I listened to yesterday.
2) The man is the musician ____________ I met in our school yesterday.
3) I know the movie about ________ you talked last night.
4) This is the teacher with _______ your mom chatted the other day.
当关系代词在定语从句中做___语,that ,which 或who可省略; 但有_____在前时,不能省略,先行词为物时,只能用_______；先行词为人时,只能 用_______。

当先行词表示时间、地点、原因，并在定语从句中做状语时，分别用_________________或___________作为连接词。

Friends play a important part in my life. I prefer friends whom are easy-going and generous. And I like friends who loves sports because I’m well at sports. I doesn’t prefer friends who are shy or selfish. I like friends to who I can tell my worries, because I need help some times. I hope that I can make more friend.
（首先，学生讨论错误，进而改错；利用短文改错形式进行写作前的铺垫，同时也是对前面学过的定语从句的巩固和检测）
2. Writing Show: The Kind of Friends/Books/Food/Teachers/ ……I prefer
（让学生从所给的题目中“我更喜欢的朋友、食物、书籍、老师等，选择自己喜欢拥有的东西，写一篇60词左右的文章，表达自己喜好）

教学反思：
本节课旨在调动学生充分使用形容词比较级描述人们之间的区别。我精心设计把整个教材进行了有机整合，用有吸引力的环节吸引学生进行探讨，使枯燥的语法贯穿在学生的表述和参与中。但是，在实际的操作过程中，学生的活动设计方面考虑不是很周全，成对、成组活动布置不是很多，学生个体活动较多。听力部分虽做了精心设置，但对学生的实际水平及学习障碍预期不准。从实际效果看来，本单元Section B2a、2b听力材料长度难度大。听力部分还应做更直接的较低难度的设计。以帮助学生获得更多成功感和调动出更强的积极性。
