  《How do you make a banana milk shake?》教案及教学设计

  一、教材内容分析

  本课是《义务教育课程标准实验教科书,英语》八年级上册第七单元How do you make a banana milk shake?第一课时,本单元的中心话题是学习询问和描述一种食物的制作过程,本课时学习询问和描述香蕉奶昔的制作过程。主要是祈使句的运用。通过本课的学习进一步培养学生的跨文化知识和综合语言运用能力。

  二、教学目标(知识与技能、方法和过程、情感态度与价值观)

  1、知识目标:使学生掌握并熟悉运用以下词语和句型:

  (1)milk shake, blender ,turn on, cut up, peel, pour, into.

  (2)How do you make a banana milk shake?

  2、语言技能目标:能运用所学词汇描述奶昔的制作过程,能在真实 情景中熟练运用。

  3、情感目标:通过创设情境,学生身临其境感受和体验,使语言学以致用,激发学生的学习积极性。体会在活动中学习英语的乐趣。了解西方人的饮食文化。

  三、学生特征分析

  由于农村学生基本都没制作过奶昔,所以学生对该制作过程一点都

  不了解。因此在讲授过程中,先让学生自己想象一下制作过程,然后让几位同学实际动手操作,使学生对奶昔的制作过程有所认识,在设计本课时,主要培养学生积极动手制作奶昔,使学生自主参与,积极思考。

  四、教学策略选择与设计

  本部分内容教师尽量用实物展示边介绍边讲解,并通过课件边演示边讲授,让学生积极观察思考。教师通过屏幕演示教学内容,在教学中随堂进行学习,一目了然

  五、教学重点、难点

  重点:(1)学习制作奶昔所需的相关词汇和句型

  cut up, turn on, blender, put…in, pour…into, milk shake

  How do you make a banana milk shake?

  (2)巩固可数名词与不可数名词的用法。

  难点:(1)学会制作奶昔,描述其过程。

  (2)可数名词与不可数名词的用法。

  Ask students to practice with their partners to make other kinds of milk shake.

  T: Just now, when we made the banana milk shake, how many bananas did we use? Do you remember? And how much yogurt did we use?

  (Review the difference between How many and How much. And review Countable and Uncountable nouns.)
